What if I've forgotten my Member Name or password?

- Click the "Forgot your password" link on this page to have your password emailed to you. (Please note that you will need to enter the date of birth used when originally registering in order to have your password emailed.)

How do I change my Member Name?
- We do not currently offer the ability to switch Member Name information. Once the Member Name has been associated with an account, it cannot be changed. You will need to create a new ID in order to use the new Member Name.
- If you use your email address instead of a Member Name, you can change your email address. Please follow the instructions in the answer to "How do I change my registration information?"

I'm trying to register and it tells me that my email address is taken.
- An account already exists under that email address. It is possible that you created an account on another one of the Disney family of sites.
- If you have forgotten your password for this account, click the "Forgot your password" link on this page to have your password emailed to you. (Please note that you will need to enter the date of birth used when originally registering in order to have your password emailed.)

Why do I need to provide my date of birth when I register?
- Date of birth is required for password resets should you need to reset or change your password in the future.

What is the benefit of creating a registration account?
- All household information contained in your registration account will be pre-populated when making a reservation on the Walt Disney World® site for your convenience.
- Registration also lets you:
  - access reservations booked online
  - apply additional payments to a booking
  - create customized maps
  - use itinerary planning tools
  - receive special offers, fun games and more!
